"Platform" refers to the websites, mobile applications, and services of Viventii. "Users" are all persons accessing the platform, including visitors and registered members. "Organizers" are users possessing a verified organizer account. "Content" refers to all data, text, images, videos, and information published by users on the platform.

2. Our Role as a Platform

Viventii is a platform enabling organizers to promote events and visitors to discover them. **We are explicitly not the organizer, host, or seller of the events listed on the platform.** We are not responsible for the execution, quality, safety, or legality of the events. Any contractual relationship regarding an event is solely between the organizer and the visitor.

3. User Account and Obligations

An account is required for many functions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities occurring under your account. You agree to provide truthful and complete information upon registration and keep it updated. Use of the platform is subject to our **Community Guidelines**, which are an integral part of these Terms.

4. User-Generated Content

a) Your responsibility for your content

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise make available on Viventii. You guarantee that you possess all necessary rights (especially copyright, trademark, and personality rights) to your content and that your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

b) Grant of license to Viventii

To allow us to operate and promote our platform, you grant Viventii a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, adapt, and create derivative works of your content in connection with operating the Viventii services.

5. Intellectual Property and Reporting Infringements

a) Our role as hosting provider

**Viventii acts purely as a hosting provider and does not proactively check content uploaded by users for potential legal violations.** We are not obliged to monitor content. However, we respond to reports of alleged copyright and other legal infringements.

b) Procedure for reporting infringements (Notice-and-Takedown)

If you believe content on Viventii violates your copyright, trademark, or other rights, please report this via our **Support Form**. Your report must contain sufficient information to identify the infringement and prove your authorization. Upon receipt of a valid report, we will immediately remove the objectionable content or block access to it and inform the user concerned.

6. Prohibited Activities and Community Guidelines

Use of the platform for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities is strictly prohibited. All users must adhere to our **Community Guidelines**. Violations may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts violating our guidelines.

7. Advertising Services and Billing

Organizers can book paid advertising services. Details, prices, and billing models (e.g. Cost-Per-Click for ticket links) are transparently presented during the booking process. By booking, you agree to the payment terms stated there. All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT.

8. Disclaimer and Warranty

Use of the Viventii platform is at your own risk. Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty. Viventii assumes no liability for the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information provided by users, the execution of events, or damages resulting from interaction between users. Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except for injury to life, body, health, or essential contractual obligations.

9. Termination and Cancellation

You can delete your account at any time in your profile settings. Viventii may block or terminate your access to the platform at any time for good cause, particularly in case of violations of these Terms, without prior notice.

10. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding UN sales law. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is the registered office of Viventii, provided the user is a merchant. Should individual provisions of these Terms be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected. Viventii reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. You will be informed of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform after such change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Community Guidelines

Viventii aims to be a safe and positive place for everyone. Every user is responsible for adhering to these guidelines.

• Respectful Interaction: Treat other users with respect. Hate speech, bullying, harassment, and threats are strictly forbidden and lead to immediate suspension.
• Authenticity: Be yourself. Do not impersonate another person or organization. Misleading or false information in profiles or events is not permitted.
• Safety: Organizing or promoting dangerous or illegal activities, including violence, fraud, or the sale of regulated goods, is prohibited.
• Appropriate Content: Do not publish content depicting or promoting explicit violence, sexual depictions, self-harm, or hate. Spam and misleading commercial content are also not allowed.
• Intellectual Property: Share only photos, texts, and other content for which you own the rights or have permission to publish.
• Reporting Violations: If you see content or behavior violating these guidelines, please use the reporting function on the platform or contact our support.
